1) Washing station

The bottle washing station can realize high-pressure washing of the inside of the bottle, the outer wall of the bottle and the mouth of the bottle. The bottle washing area has a lower water receiving tray and an upper water baffle plate. The bottle washing area is equipped with a stainless steel protective cover to prevent splashing of the bottle washing water during rinsing. The rinsing water inlet is equipped with a pressure adjustment device, which can adjust the rinsing pressure and control the water flow according to the requirements of the empty bottle. Effectively guarantee the effect of rinsing and save the consumption of rinsing water. A bottle-rinsing device is installed at the bottle-rinsing connection to effectively disinfect and clean the bottle neck.

The filling station adopts upper and lower dispensing cylinders. During the filling process, the air in the bottle returns to the lower dispensing cylinder without contact with the outside world, which is more beneficial to ensure the sterility of the product than other forms of filling.
