Our factory have professional and specific designer, R&D team, ultra-precision mold manufacturing machine and injection machine.

We can design and make the new mold lens and new Aluminium PCB according to customer's request and design .Our UK and South American customers are satisfied with the light effection for the new molds.

Production Line:

We have three production lines for led lens, high power leds and mounting leds with soldering reflow technology .

1. Optical Measuing Instruments, Precision mold processing equipment, Led luminous intensity distribution tester for Led Optical Lens

2. Add Powder, Soldering golden wire, Sealing compound, Color seperation and Old testing for High power leds

3. Labour mounting leds on the aluminium PCB and SMT reflow soldering leds on the PCB

4. Older-testing and package

LED Optical lens include singe lens PMMA ,PC & Glass material,array lens ,module lens 1x5,1x6,2x6,2x7,4x6,4x7,5x6,3x10,2x9,6x10,7x8,6x6,8x8 for street light/high bay lamp,suitable for Edison/Bridgelux/CREE XPE,XPG/OSRAM/3030 3535/5050 /7070 leds and more ;

High power leds include 1W-150W different colors ,made of Bridgelux ,Epistar chips and CREE XPE/XPG chips,Ph 3030/5050 leds .

LED Power supply include constant current and constant voltage with CE Approval .

OEM PCB Board includes to make new pcb mounting leds ,rigid strips with SMD leds according to Customer's request .
