358 High Security Fence Galvanized/PVC Coated Welded Mesh Panels Anti-climbing Prison Isolation Fencing

358 high security fence aka prison mesh fence which offers the best value for performance, durability and appearance. 358 comes from its measurements 3" x 0.5" x 8 gauge which equates to approx. 76.2mm x 12.7mm x 4mm in metric. It is a professional structure designed for high security environments, combined with an steel framework, coated with heavily zinc or RAL color Powder coating.There are two enhanced versions of 358 mesh: 2D security fencing and 3D security fencing. 2D fence panels increase strength by 6 mm vertical wire and additional 4 mm wires at 152.4 mm centers on the inside face. It has double horizontal wires at 152.4 mm centers. This structure makes the fence panel very rigid and has a higher level of strength and security than common 358 mesh fence. 2D security fencing is widely used for schools, industrial sites, infrastructure, and other high security areas. 3D security fence enhanced its safety and appearance level with pressed horizontal "V" shaped beams. It is a unique barrier solution which combines a high level of safety requirement and aesthetic effect.

Installation of Mesh Panels to Posts:
The mesh panels are attached to tubular ( pipe ) steel posts of 1-1/2"*2-3/8" OR 1-1/2"*3". The panels can be attached to the face of the posts or in between posts by using of brackets.
80x60x2.5mm RHS intermediate posts pitched at 2.525m centres 80x80x3mm RHS corner posts.
Utilise steel fixing brackets to secure panels to the front face of the posts.
Panels are butt jointed at each post for securing with double-drilled fixing brackets, posts are fitted with twin rows of M8 threaded inserts
Posts types: C post, round post and square posts, fence posts with V arm supports.
C post: 62mmx 83mmx3mm
Round Post: outside diameter: 80mm x 3mm
Rectrangular or square post: 60mm x 80mm x 3mm; 60mm x 120mm x 3mm
Post length: Standard: 2.3mm to 4m. Or custom sizes.
Material: Square steel pipe, round pipe, c type steel
Finish: Hot dipped galvanized, pvc coated
Polyester coating color: Dark green, black, etc.The posts are polyester powder coated with a galvanised substrate in the accordance with Euro norm 10147 (min. 60 micron)
