Incoloy A-286 nickel-based alloy sheet:
Incoloy A-286 nickel-based alloy is Fe-25Ni-15Cr-based high temperature alloy, which is comprehensively strengthened by adding molybdenum, titanium, aluminum, vanadium and trace boron. Below 650 ℃, it has high yield strength, long-lasting, creep strength, and has good processing plasticity and satisfactory welding performance. It is suitable for manufacturing high-temperature bearing parts of aero-engines, such as turbine discs, press discs, rotor blades, and fasteners, which work under 650 ℃ for a long time.

Note:
1. The standard for cold drawn rods, round cakes and ring blanks stipulates ω (Ti) of 1.80% to 2.35%.
2. The standards for hot-rolled and cold-rolled sheets stipulate that ω (B) is 0.003% to 0.010%, ω (Mn) ≤2.00%, ω (P) ≤0.020%, and ω (S) ≤0.015%.
3. Cold drawn wire standards stipulate that ω (Al) ≤ 0.35%, ω (Ti) 1.75% to 2.35%, ω (Si) 0.40% to 1.00%, ω (P) ≤ 0.020%, and ω (S) ≤ 0.015. %.
4. The standards for cold heading wire materials stipulate ω (Ti) 1.75% to 2.35%, ω (Si) 0.40% to 1.00%, ω (P) ≤ 0.025%, and ω (S) ≤ 0.020%.
5. The standard for hot-rolled and forged bars requires ω (Cu) ≤ 0.25%.
