N06625 Inconel Alloy Inconel 625 sheet plate
Material designation: Inconel 625 nickel based alloy
French grade: NC22DNb
German grade: W.Nr.2.4856
US grade: N06625
Microstructure of Inconel625 alloy:
The alloy in the solid solution state has an austenite matrix and a small amount of TiN, NbC, and M6C phases. After long-term aging at 650 to 900 ° C, the precipitated phases are γ ", δ, M23C6, and M6C.
mainly precipitates after long-term aging at 650 ~ 700 ℃, which significantly improves the strength of the alloy at room temperature and high temperature, and the plasticity decreases, but still maintains a high level; δ phase mainly precipitates after aging at 780 ~ 850 ℃, although the strength is somewhat It increases, but the plasticity of the alloy decreases more.
After aging at 900 ℃, there are only a few precipitated phases, so the mechanical properties are similar to the solid solution state. The δ phase is a plate-shaped Ni3Nb with an orthogonal structure and exists as a needle-like Weiss body structure [1,7].
