Advanced production machines (milling, welding, tooling, etc…) combined with standardized production
procedures and reliability testing enables Royal to produce high quality, reliable and low cost coating
equipment.

2009~ 2012: Advanced steered arc source's development
2010: Ceramic film's coating at room temperature condition by introducing in cylindrical arc source.
2010~2013: Arc and Sputtering integrated PVD coating plant for high quality of decorations on metals, steels applied to kitchenware, sanitary, bathroom fittings and architectural materials.
2011: Large rotating cathodic device
2012: Exclusive coating plant on defrost application by generation conductive & transparent film.
2012~ 2013: Multiple -functions rotation driving fixture.
2013: Transparent DLC film by anode layer ion source
2013: Vertical Large size multiple arc ion plating machine to generate colors on stainless steel sheets and pipes, furniture etc.
2013~2015: CsI film PVD deposition with thermal evaporating method applied to X-ray imaging device to give a high quality of resolution on screen.
2013~2017: Huge size thermal resistance evaporation coating systems on automotive LOGO board for Aluminum and Chromium Vacuum Metalizing. Max. weight > 20T
2014: Cluster Tool coating system on semi-conductor industry application: low cost, high-performance innovative coater
2014: Multiple Function Closed Field Magnetron Sputtering System, can deposit DLC, ceramic and multiple-layers optical thin films.
2014~ 2015: Curved magnetic filter's development.
2015: Roll to Roll batch type optical coating equipment.
2015 ~ 2016: RT1200-FCEV, PVD magnetron sputtering + PECVD process to deposit thin film on hydrogen fuel cell power module, applied to Hydrogen Fuel Cell Vehicles industry.
2015 ~ 2017: Horizontal Large size multiple arc ion plating machine for glass bracelets,SS sheets and pipes, furniture coating.
2016~2017: RTSP1200-DPC coating system to generate Copper conductive film on Al2O3 ceramic circuit board and AlN substrate, this application is used in electronics , LED and semiconductor industries.
2017~2018: RTEP0404, bell model with inductive evaporation coating technique for C60 (Carbon material) deposition.
2017~2018: RTEP0404, vertical model for forensic application to present fingerprint mark on crime objects. Widely used in police stations.

2019: RTSP1200-PCB, unbalanced planar sputtering deposition on PCB, to deposit Gold, silver, TiN, ZrCN high abrasion wearing and corrosion resistance thin films
2020: RT1600-PAPVD, RT1600-LTAVD, In 2020, Royal Technology team developed an innovative PAPVD coating technology and equipment which can get rid of the electroless roughening process on engineering plastic parts. Besides, the Low Temperature Arc Vapor Depisiton technology is successfully tested and performed on plastic parts for more decorative coating.
2020: RTSP1480- Air-To-Air Continuous Sputtering Deposition Line for high purity of copper, silver, chrome and nickle coatings. Mainly applied to: Conductive Metal Wires, Metal Coil And Metal Strip With Thickness Is Less Than 1mm,
Optical Fiber Twisted Fiber And Wires Such As Basalt Fiber (BFRP)
And Carbon Fiber, Glass Yarns, Carbon Yarns
2020-2021: RT1400-PLUS. Conventional gold coatings on glassware are by aluminum vacuum metallization combine the thermal curing line. In 2020, Royal Technology developed an advanced coating technology to generate 2-sides gold colors on glassware directly without spraying painting processes ( pre/post coatings), which is by ion plating technology- arc evaporation.This coating method is completely get rid of the spraying paintings, environmentally friendly, green technology, besides it reduces the investment of production line and labor cost for manufacturers.
2021: RT1400-AntiBac, Antibacterial Coatings by PVD Innovative Technology. Compared with conventional organic or liquid spraying painting method, the PVD ion plating technology has more advantages: Green coating technology, Lower production cost, Scratch resistance,Corrosion & wear resistance.
