Description

The RTAF-AP04 model is an advanced design system that contains 4 polishing spindles, the automatic polishing processes can be saved in the program for recall use.

Its highly efficient yields and low production cost benefits more and more manufacturers which makes it become the best solution for replacing heavy-labor workmanship and improving the product's quality stability.


4-spindles polisher (automatic compensation performance)

The 4-spindles polishing machine is designed with a dust explosion-proof module
Designed with SMC and AirTac pneumatic components;
The Solid waxing polishing system
The main transmission mechanism is designed to meet the different polishing materials: cloth wheels and flax wheels
Mop wheel wearing control system:

A: To learn the production cycle or productivity, and calculate the mop wheel wearings.

B: To enter the parameters to the robot macro program system, the compensation amount will be automatically added and subtracted in the coordinate system,

C: To ensure that each product is contacted with the cloth wheel at all times with the same force, and the general macro program has an alarm to remind the operator to change wheels automatically.
