All returned items must remain in their original state with original labels and packaging. Return reason:
1. Project quality issues:
1) The buyer needs to provide a picture or video to prove the problem with the product. If the picture or video cannot be seen, the goods need to be returned for post-processing.
2) Please allow us 2-3 weeks processing time to issue exchanges or refunds. Our technical workers check every return item. After the inspection, if it is a manufacturing defect, you will be replaced or refunded within 24 hours.
3) If you are not satisfied with our products or services, please contact our business or after sales. We are committed to ensuring that you obtain high quality products and services.
2. The buyer purchased the wrong item or the buyer does not want the item:
1) Return postage is borne by the buyer.
2) Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
3) The buyer must contact the sales representative within 14 days after the item arrives.
4) The returned merchandise must be in a brand new unused state with the original label and packaging. Any used product does not qualify for return or exchange. For any used product, depreciation will be charged (at least 20% of the project value).
3. Transport damage:
We typically use top-tier service freight forwarders such as FedEx/DHL/Royal Mail/TNT/DPD. Please check when the parcel arrives. Please do not sign any damaged package. Before signing anything, it is your responsibility to sign the delivery in person and check the package. If you find that the package is damaged, please immediately submit a shipping damage claim to the delivery person. Please also give us your transportation damage case number and we will help you get compensation from the shipping company as soon as possible.
4. We shipped the wrong item
1) Return items must be left as before.
2) The buyer must contact the sales representative within 7 days after the item arrives
3) Once we receive a return, we are responsible for giving you a full refund or sending you the new product you need.
