Introduction Of Contitech Rubber Air Spring
Rubber air spring are widely used in papermaking equipment, leather machinery, vibrating table, textile equipment, mining, machinery and other industries. The rubber air spring used in industrial equipment are roughly divided into single-layer, double-layer, and three-layer air springs according to the number of layers of their rubber bodies.
When the rubber airbag works, the inner cavity is filled with compressed air to form a compressed air column. With the increase of the vibration load, the height of the spring decreases, the volume of the inner cavity decreases, the stiffness of the spring increases, and the effective bearing area of the inner cavity air column increases, and the bearing capacity of the spring increases at this time. When the vibration load decreases, the height of the spring increases, the volume of the inner cavity increases, the stiffness of the spring decreases, the effective bearing area of the inner cavity air column decreases, and the bearing capacity of the spring decreases. In this way, within the effective stroke of the air spring, the height, inner cavity volume, and bearing capacity of the air spring have smooth and flexible transmission with the increase and decrease of the vibration load, and the high-efficiency control of the amplitude and vibration load occurs. The stiffness and bearing capacity of the spring can also be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the amount of inflation, and an auxiliary air chamber can also be attached to achieve automatic adjustment.
