How to replace vehicel air shock absorber?
1. Loosen the nuts of all wheels in diagonal order, do not completely unscrew them.
2. Use the machine to lift the car, it does not need to be too high, just make the wheels a certain distance from the ground, which can be easily operated.
3. Use a sleeve to completely unscrew the nuts of the wheel in diagonal order, and then remove the wheel.
4. According to different models, it may be necessary to remove the brake cylinder to facilitate the removal of the shock absorber, then remove the fixed bolts, and then loosen the screws of the spring support arm.
5. Use the jack to fix the shock absorber arm, open the engine hood and loosen the screws that fix the body on the upper end of the shock absorber, then turn the jack to lift the shock absorber arm up until the lower end of the shock absorber is separated from the fixed part of the front axle, then Remove the shock absorber and lower the shock absorber arm until the shock absorber elasticity is completely released, then loosen the fixing screw on the upper end of the shock absorber to remove the shock absorber.
6. After removing the shock absorber, use the shock absorber spring remover to fix the spring to avoid the spring moving up and breaking out when the top screw is removed.
7. Remove the damaged parts of the shock absorber and the rubber cover.
8. When installing a new shock absorber, you need to apply grease to improve the anti-wear ability.
9. Fix the body of the new shock absorber on the upper end box of the car, do not tighten it, just make sure that the shock absorber will not fall off.
10. Use a jack to fix the shock absorber arm to ensure that the lower part of the shock absorber can be placed at the front axle support, use bolts to fix the lower end of the shock absorber arm and the front axle together, and fix the nut of the spring support arm, then install the shock absorber. Tighten the body fixing nut on the upper end of the device.
11. After the shock absorber is replaced, fix the fixing nuts of the four wheels in diagonal order, then use the lift to lower the car, and then lower the fixing nuts of the wheels and tighten them.
