Trailer Suspension Rubber Air Spring Replacement Guide
Park the trailer on flat ground and ensure safe support (use jack and stand).
Remove the suspension load and release the air pressure in the air spring (by exhaust valve or disconnecting the air pipe).
Disconnect the air pipe and loosen the fixing bolts or clamps with a wrench.
Carefully remove the old rubber air spring and check the surrounding parts (such as brackets, air pipes) for wear.
Make sure the new spring model matches and clean the mounting surface.
Align the spring to the mounting position, fix the bottom bolts or clamps, and then install the top.
Connect the air pipe and ensure it is tight (you can use sealant or raw tape to prevent leaks).
Inflate to the recommended pressure and check for leaks (spray soapy water to test).
Lower the trailer and test whether the suspension runs smoothly. Adjust the air pressure if necessary.
Wear protective equipment when operating to avoid sudden decompression of the spring and cause injury.
If the suspension system is complex, it is recommended to refer to the maintenance manual or seek professional help
