Application of Large-size Flange Air Springs
Large-size flange air springs are widely used in heavy industry, special equipment and precision engineering due to their high load, large stroke and flexible buffering characteristics.
1. Shock absorption and vibration isolation for heavy machinery and equipment
Large stamping machine tools/forging machines: absorb high-frequency impact vibrations, protect foundations and surrounding equipment, and reduce noise pollution (can be reduced by 15-20dB).
Ship/offshore platform equipment: isolate the impact of wave fluctuations on deck cranes and compensate for hull sway (stroke can reach ±150mm).
Generator sets: suppress low-frequency vibrations of diesel engines or turbines to avoid resonance damage.
2. Leveling and lifting of large structures
Liftable stage/stadium roofs:Multiple sets of flange springs are synchronously inflated and deflated to achieve millimeter-level precision lifting of hundreds of tons of structures (such as stages).
Bridge support replacement:Temporary support of the weight of the bridge body (single spring load up to 50 tons), allowing the hydraulic jacking system to operate safely.
