Different motor auto-tune methods
The efficient and fast motor parameter identification algorithm supports a variety of auto-tune methods, and the dynamic and static tuning is accurate and consistent, without manual adjustment, so as to give full play to the driving performance.
Reliable braking performance
Integrating DC, magnetic flux, short circuit and other braking modes, it can realize safe and fast stopping of large inertia load.
Flying start
The software automatically searches the speed and direction of the motor, which can realize the smooth and shock free starting of the motor at any speed.
Stable low frequency high
torque performance Under the closed-loop vector mode, the low-frequency torque is large and the torque ripple is small, which can realize the stable load operation of very low speed 0.01Hz, and the torque and speed modes can be switched smoothly online
Excellent motor control algorithm
● The new magnetic field oriented control algorithm has superior low-frequency and heavy load performance and improves the torque control accuracy;
● The new speed observer reduces the dependence of motor parameters and improves the stability of speed control;
