the load-bearing capacity of castors. They are relatively light castors and medium-sized castors.

There is no clear boundary. Generally, light castors bear 150 kg to 1500 kg, and heavy castors

bear 1500 kg - 2500 tons or even higher. They are called super heavy castors, and the load of

a single wheel can reach about 11 tons.

resistant structure of flat ball bearing and conical bearing. As a secondary load bearing, the conical

painted dynamic bearing can protect the casters to the greatest extent and is suitable for dynamic

traction.

structure, super wide wheel width, flexible rotation, super load and stability, wear resistance and

6, The wheel diameter of heavy castors is selected according to the principle that the larger

the wheel diameter is, the more flexible the rotation is. The common specifications include 4-inch

castors, 5-inch castors, 6-inch castors, 8-inch castors, 10-inch castors and 12-inch castors. At

present, the 2.5t extra heavy casters we produce are casters with a diameter of 300mm and a

wheel width of 40, 60, 80 and 100mm. Of course, heavy casters of special specifications can also

be customized.

7, Selection of heavy-duty caster manufacturers at present, there are many domestic

manufacturers of casters, with mixed good and bad. Therefore, users should purposefully select

heavy-duty caster manufacturers, and must not blindly pursue low prices, so as to avoid damage

to loaded products and unnecessary property losses due to casters. Select a professional

heavy-duty caster manufacturer.
