handling labor, customers need to fully consider all kinds of bearing conditions when selecting

caster specifications.

Is a brake required
Considering different use conditions, we provide two brake specifications: brake and without brake.

Because the brake structure of caster is relatively simple, long-term use will cause wear and

deformation, resulting in the release of brake due to some small impact, that is, brake failure. Here,

we remind customers that for safe use, please try not to use the braking function on the inclined

ground. At the same time, generally speaking, the braking performance of hard castors is poor, so

please choose a special castor support.

Use environment
When designing industrial castors, we consider that they are used at room temperature, and the

actual situation may be different. In special temperature environments such as freezing and high

temperature, as well as special environmental occasions such as acid, alkali, salt and chemical

agents, please select suitable wheels, hardware and lubricants. In addition, the material of the wheel

may pollute the ground. Please pay attention to this when it is impossible to meet the requirements

of the workshop and other opposite environments.

Inspection, maintenance and replacement
For safe use, please regularly check the installation and use of industrial caster bearings to confirm

whether they are loose. In addition, in order to improve its penetration resistance and working

performance, please refuel the rotating parts and axle parts. In case of cracks or looseness of wheels

and hardware, please replace new parts, especially wheels, which are consumables.
