1. The industrial caster riveting method makes

the deformation of the rivet follow the natural flow of the metal, does not reduce the notch

impact toughness and ductility of the material, reduces the risk of excessive tangential

tensile stress around the rivet pier head, and the material has no broken fibers after riveting

flow, which can improve the bearing capacity of the rivet. After the destructive test of swing

cold-rolled caster riveting and traditional hammering and stamping caster riveting specimens, it is

known that the connection strength produced by cold-rolled caster riveting is about 80% higher than

that of traditional caster riveting. After the cold-rolled caster is riveted, the rivet has almost no

deformation such as bending, bulging and thick pier. At the same time, the parts connected to

the rivet are not deformed. The above-mentioned defects are more obvious due to the force

exerting pressure and the impact of riveting with hammering and stamping casters.

2. The rivet head of the industrial caster riveting method simply rolls on the rivet without sliding.

The surface roughness of the rivet after forming only depends on the rivet head, and the surface

roughness of the rivet head is easy to guarantee. Therefore, the cold-rolled caster riveted rivet has

a smooth and beautiful surface. It is unmatched by other caster riveting methods.

3. Using the cold-rolled caster riveting method, there is almost no noise (less than 70db) and no

vibration when the caster is riveted. The noise of the traditional hammering and stamping caster

riveting method exceeds 90db.

4. The industrial caster riveting machine is easy and safe to operate. Vicious accidents such as

punching off fingers often occur in punching riveting, and accidental injury by manual hammer

riveting also occurs from time to time, while grinding riveting is relatively safe. Although the spindle

rotates, there is a feasible safety cover, and the contact surface between the rivet head and the

workpiece is small.

5. When using the cold-rolled caster riveting machine, because the rivet material has particularly

good deformation properties, the riveting rod will not have quality problems, and the service life is
