NRV and NRVH check valve can be used as fluoride refrigerant refrigeration and air conditioning devices, liquid, suction and hot gas on the road.
NRV and NRVH check valves provide extra-large connections to increase the flexibility of check valve applications
Product Features:
◆ This valve ensures the only correct flow direction
◆ There are two types of direct and angle valve
◆ prevent the refrigerant from the high-temperature evaporator to the low-temperature evaporator back
◆ Built-in damping piston, so that check valve can be installed in a place where the pressure pulse, such as the compressor exhaust pipe
◆ NRVH with △ p = 0.3bar to strengthen the spring, the compressor used in the parallel cooling device
◆ large size connection, providing the flexibility of the application

NRV and NRVH can be supplied with flare and solder connections. They are also available with oversize solder connections providing flexibility in the use of check valves.

Dimensioning and selection
When dimensioning and selecting check valves to be mounted into the compressor discharge line, it is important to be aware of the following:
The differential pressure across the check valve must always be higher than the given
Minimum pressure drop at which the valve is completely open. This also applies to lowest capacities for compressors with capacity
Regulation.
In refrigeration plant with compressors connected in parallel, it is advantageous to use NRVH equipped with a stronger spring than NRV.
With check valve, type NRVH, resonance problems can be avoided at partial load in the
Refrigeration plant. The differential pressure across NRVH at partial load must not be lower than minimum pressure drop for NRVH
With completely open valve.
