Modified water-cooled flue

The air pipe is connected with the outer casing in a inclined manner, and the outlet of the air pipe faces one end of the exhaust port installed on the outer casing. The nozzle assembly is connected on the outer casing, the nozzle in the nozzle assembly faces the cavity between the outer casing and the pipeline, and the nozzle assembly is connected with the water supply pipe by means of a nozzle.
Measures to prevent flue blockage:
1, the tube bundle surface of supersonic arc spraying heat, wear, erosion resistance, wear resistance of special alloy wire coating, put on the converter smoke hood "protective clothes", and according to the process conditions, develop a reasonable converter loading system, oxygen supply system, temperature system to ensure stable production at the same time, reduce the flue due to abnormal smelting methods of slag wear to the tube bundle.
2, strictly control the shape of the furnace.
3, do not use oxygen to blow into the flue, especially with metal hot slag.
