Manganese rich slag refining furnace
Equipment performance:
The use of hot blast furnace manganese rich slag and shaking ladle technology, the production of high silicon silicon manganese products, a single 7000KVA furnace processing manganese rich slag capacity of 270-400 tons/day. (Refer to similar products in the same industry in China) output is greater than 400 tons/day.

The main equipment of the process is: tempering furnace, 13.5m³ lifting type shaking bag, feeding, distributing system, 100 tons driving, casting system.
Hot molten manganese rich slag is produced in the blast furnace, which is pulled into the casting workshop by the transport vehicle, lifted by the truck and sent to the two-layer turning machine. The manganese rich slag solution is slowly added to the tempering furnace, and the tempering furnace is powered up and added with lime for tempering and temperature raising. After the basicity is adjusted, the hot solution flows through the chute into the shaking ladle, and at the same time, an appropriate amount of ferrosilicon powder is added to stir thoroughly for melting. Two outlets, two shaking bag positions, according to the conditions of the oven, rotate the oven.
