Description

Equipment use:
1.This equipment is mainly used to receive the slag from the electric furnace for heating and insulation, conveying to the centrifugal cotton, the furnace has a slag hole, for the use of mineral wool machine, slag mouth capacity of ~4 tons/hour, more than 80% of the yield, can produce an annual output of 25,000 to 30,000 tons. The furnace is provided with an outlet for the use of surplus iron. The furnace cover is provided with a temperature measuring hole and a feeding hole.

2 .Device Overview
This equipment is designed and manufactured according to GBI0067.1-4 "Basic Technical Conditions for Electric Heating Equipment". The main technologies used in this equipment are: semi-closed structure design; Tube type water cooling furnace cover: energy-saving short net;
Copper-steel composite hydraulic lifting conductive transverse arm;
Large section water cooled cable; PLC automatic control system;

Intermediate frequency induction furnace:

High input power improves the melting rate of the furnace and reduces energy consumption.

The small volume of the intermediatefrequency induction furnace greatly reducesthe total area occupied, reduces infrastructure investment, and improves space utilization.
