Professional Semi Closed Melting Furnace For Titanium Slag
Equipment use:
This equipment is used to receive TBRC slag, waste catalyst, flux, Fesi alloy, etc. from the upper section, and reprocess the slag products from the primary smelting step to achieve the best recovery rate.
Smelting furnace specialized electric furnace process flow:
Process description:
The process consists of two different feed formulations: primary melting and secondary slag purification.
For primary smelting, the furnace is designed to handle mixed raw materials such as TBRC slag, waste catalyst (powder), ferrosilicon, silica, limestone refractory waste, dust dust (powder), etc.
Smelting equipment allows the material to be melted at any smelting stage, but normal operation is expected to operate with the addition of reducing agent ferrosilicon at the optimal time required by the process to maximize precious metal recovery.
In the process of primary smelting, TBRC slag and appropriate flux are mixed by the mixing system according to the process requirements, and the mixed raw materials are transported to the bunker under the electric furnace by the elevator, and the powdered waste catalyst, ferrosilicon and dust removal ash are melted into the furnace in a certain proportion to produce secondary slag and alloy, and the secondary slag is cooled by the slag bag, broken and stored in the ton bag. In order to be reprocessed during the secondary slag purification process, the alloy is cooled into the next section.
