Production process description:
The loading machine is used to load the charge into the distribution bin, and the belt feeder is arranged under each bin. After it is sent to the weighing bin for batching, it is transported to the top silo platform through the large-angle belt conveyor and several movable belt conveyors, and the charge is added to the furnace through the charging device for smelting.
Ferrosilicon smelting for continuous production, about 2 hours out of iron, hot metal into the hot metal ladle, with a double hook crane poured into the ingot mold, sampling during the casting process for chemical analysis, the product after cooling into the warehouse.
Process description:
The raw material is transported by the loader to the underground receiving bin, through the motor vibration feeder, unloading into the designated weighing bin, and then through the motor vibration feeder, SL1# tape machine, (with discharge car)SL2# tape machine (large Angle), three-way feed valve to the reversible distribution bin tape machine, and then to the daily bin.
Set up 8 daily silos of 80m3, including 2 silica silos, 2 spare silos, 3 alloy coke silos and 1 iron ore pellet silos. System capacity is 200 tons/hour.
