a. AC 10kV power supply system
Voltage: 10kV ± 10% Phase: 3 Frequency: 50±0.5Hz
Working principle:
Its work is based on a three-phase AC power supply, which transmits electrical energy to the electrode system through a specific power supply system. Electrodes are usually carefully made of carbon materials or graphite, responsible for connecting current and maintaining a stable state of the arc, while the electrode support system ensures that the electrode is firmly in place. In the arc zone, driven by a three-phase power supply, an arc is formed between the electrode and the furnace material to be melted inside the furnace. This arc is essentially a high-temperature plasma with extremely high energy, which can quickly heat the metal charge above its melting point, causing it to melt and complete subsequent metallurgical reactions. At the same time, by precisely adjusting the lifting and lowering of the electrodes, the length of the arc can be flexibly adjusted, thereby effectively controlling the amount and distribution of heat input into the furnace.
b. Low voltage distribution system
