Q:Why the shipping cost for samples order is so high?

Re:Usually we ship the samples by express delivery,like DHL,UPS,Fedex.
The least cost for international express delivery is around 20-30USD.
The shipping cost will be better for more weight.

Example:
The FedEx shipping cost from China to Germany:
6PCS downlight 6W:US$58.9,each lamp need US$9.8 shipping cost.
500PCS downlight 6W:US$1205,each lamp need US$2.4 shipping cost.
Express delivery cost changes every two week,please contact our sales for correct shipping cost

Q:Can you supply the product with our box/package design?

Re:Yes,we can,usually package factory has a 1000pcs MOQ for small box(like downlight box)
and the 500pcs box is same cost to 5000pcs box.the price will decrease for more quantity
So here is our suggestions:

1,If you only want 500pcs in this order,you can give us 1000pcs box cost,and we can keep the 500pcs box in our warehouse for your next order.
2,If you only need few hundreds box,then we recommand to make your sticker,we can put the sticker on the box or product,
cause the sticker cost is cheaper.

Q:Payment term

Re:We accept Bank Transfer(T/T),L/C,West Union,Paypal
For bank Transfer,We need charge US$30 for payment less than 2000USD,our profit is very low,we cannot afford the high bank fee for small payment
For Paypal,we need charge for 4-4.5% paypal fee.
We can refund the overcharged bank fee or paypal fee to our customer,our sales can show you the payment photo from bank.

Re:We offer 3 years warranty for our product,
We need defect product photo for warranty replacement,
the shipping cost is too high to only a few warranty product,so usually we put free warranty product in next order.
