High quality Rotary granulator machine Model 300

Part 1: Technical characteristics

The rotary granulator can ideally screen all kinds of wet or dry granules. The size of the granules depends on the model of the screen. The rotary granulator has a unique structure. It is different from the traditional swing granulator and uses a screen. The rotating structure ensures that the material is not crushed during the whole granulation, which greatly improves the efficiency and the qualification rate of the product.

When a special high-efficiency cutting screen is installed on the rotary granulator, it can break up agglomerated materials.

All the parts in contact with the material in this equipment are made of stainless steel, and are highly polished. There is no metal friction between the stator and the rotating screen. The hopper is sealed with silicon rubber, which meets the medical industry equipment standards.

The rotary granulator can simply replace the stator and the rotary screen, and can be quickly disassembled. The operating height can be adjusted by the hand wheel.

Users can choose the screen speed and parameters according to the needs: the centrifugal force of the material is the hole shape and size of the screen speed and the form of the stator.
