The A grade cell with 100% fully truth capacity
1. The newly produced cells (within 3-5months ).
2. Then Using the import IC control cells sorting machine, to select the same voltage, resistance and capacity of the cells in one time.
(1). The voltage difference < 5 mv
(2). The resistance difference < 20 mΩ
(3). Th capacity difference <50 mah
During this process, some unqualified batteries will be screened out.
3. Pack with same voltage, capacity and resistance cells assembled together, the whole battery pack with more uniformly discharge, and also will ensure greater and longer battery cycle life.
