Taien springs Co.,ltd was established in year 1976,with original name Jiaxing springs Co,Ltd,we start as a company produce precision springs used on Auto,Mechanical and Electronic equipment and so on.In year 2007,we decided to expand our products range and begin to set foot in furniture elastic system,and turn out a huge success.so we establish a new factory,Meaning Jiaxing taien springs Co.,Ltd is set up.While remaining producing precision springs in old factory which still owns big market in China and overseas.Taien mainly products including Bonnel spring,independent spring, pocket spring,innerspring for mattress,sofa mattress,family mattress,hotel mattress,luxury mattress and OEM brand mattress and etc..Taien has become a profession company after ten more years hard work from our employees.

Year 2016,We set up Jiaxing Qusin Household Technology CO.,LTD,as trading company to export verity of furniture related products and raw materials.

Year 2019,we start a new factory in Vietnam specially to manufacture mattress and pocket spring as innerspring of mattress which officially run well for more than one year now.

Poor quality and quality sinuous spring introduction.

Sinuous spring had been used on furniture products like sofa for a very long time.But we still feel below questions.

1,Many sofa will become less elasticity after put into use.People will feel cushion is sagging,and difficult to get up while stand.

2,The surface of the cushion become winkled and seriously collapsed,elasticity disappear due to the plastic deformation caused by less durability of spring.

3,Poor elastic spring can not work closely with foam as original,as the force provide to the foam reduce,easily make foam crack and deform,so the cushion.Greatly influence the quality and life of sofa.

4,Not a easy cake to keep all the quality of sofa in mass production will be good as sample which a designer supposed.

5,Sofa supplier replicate and add quantity of springs,even use longer spring try to solve their problem.Or choose high density foam and thicker foam,which cause cost growing but can not solve the problem.
