USE

This machine is used for riveting work of Φ4-Φ2mm round pearl, Φ6-Φ12mm half round/cone/truncated cone/ square shaped pearl and four-claw nail, mainly is suitable for textile & garment, leather shoes & leather goods, bags, jewelry industries’ decorative pattern processing.

  1. High efficiency, the machine single-head riveting speed is 220-300 times per minute, double- head switch riveting speed is 160-220 times per minute,8-10 times the efficiency of manual work.

3. Replace die set quickly and conveniently for different sizes and different colors of pearls.

4. Infrared positioning counterpoint, accurate and reliable, simple operation, also can be adjusted freely by the thickness of processing product.

5. Humanized and independent nail ejecting device, quickly solve the bad four – claw nail’s stuck phenomenon.
