The Production Process of Taishan Turf inludes 5 production processes of Color and UV master batch, artificial turf fiber extrusion, artificial turf tufting, artificial turf coating and packaging.

For production of color and UV master batch, Taishan Turf stands on our own master batch and pigment technology. We can do color matching according to your specific requirement. To satisfy the end users while maintain our quality as eco, healthy and durable.

In the extrusion process, high quality artificial turf fiber is depended on the following 4 factors：

1、Self innovated fiber formula： Taishan Turf is the very first factory from China owns independent capacity in artificial fiber formula. Our technician choose the high quality raw material C6 C8 to guarantee the durability and weathering property.

2、Professional and full automatic imported equipment: Taishan owns 14 extrusion lines. We have the brands such as STARLINGER from Austria, SAHM from Germany, RIETER from France who are the most famous machine brands from the whole world. They fully guarantee our artificial fiber in highest quality level in the world. Our production capacity of extrusion is 20 thousand tons.

3、Standard process during extrusion produces products with steady quality in different batches.

4、Quality Control System is used in whole extrusion process.

Taishan owns 3 coating lines all are imported brand and full auto running machine. We have both PU and SRB latex coating from DOW which is eco, healthy and safe. Annual production capacity is40 million sqm.

We have testing in whole process of exgtrusion. Main testing points are fiber width, thickness, dtex, thermal contraction, color, breaking strength and so on. Sample saving from each batch. Testing control during whole process of artificial turf production such as pile height, density, dryness, drainage holes, roll size, etc…Sample saving from each batch. We test UVA340（5000h）、 LISPORT-XL(6020 circle) in all series products with our own testing machine according to FIFA QC 2015.
