Automatic smoothing machine automatic planishing machine is designed for steel tank shell,cylinder surface welded seams welding seam treatments,such as planishing / flatten / crush and smoothing treatment after welding,So that to get better surface sanitary cylinder tanks.

There are longitudinal and circumferential welded joints on steel tank surface,so we have longitudinal welding seam planishing machine and circumferential joints planishing machine for option.Both two kinds welds seam planisher could be design & produced by Trancar Industries based on clients’ demands.

TCM-CP planishing equipment is an cylinder circumferential joints planishing machine.The machine is mainly composed of fuselage,rolling wheel,rolling guide rail,top tightening cylinder,hydraulic station,main transmission mechanism, lubrication and electrical control system.It’s mainly for planishing steel tank circular welded joints (seam),crushing tank shell welded joints and flatten vessel circular welding seams.It is widely applied in the industries of pharmaceuticals,chemical,environmental purification,food & beverage, water filtration,etc.
