This is heavy duty type pipe welding rotators which is special roller beds for tank/pipe sand blasting processes. It has travel boogie which is very convenient. While, it also can be considered as common turning rolls in your production.

1. It's heavy duty type specially used for marine wind tower production.
2. Metallic rollers with groove to support the fake flange;
3. This special turning rolls consist of one driving bolt adjustable turning roll, one idle bolt adjustable turning roll and electric control system, etc;
4. All the connectors are designed with safety protections and improved airproof performance to ensure the machine can work in severe surroundings;
5. Special structure design to avoid sand deposit;
6. Steplessly controllable rotary drives by means of A.C. anti-explosion motor drive via self-locking worm gear reducers;
