Because outdoor LED screen will inevitably have some dust invasion, we must carry out the dust-proof test to prevent the dust and dirty enter LED screen in case it affects the normal use of LED screen.Place the LED screen in the dust-proof Test Chamber to process the test and simulate different scenes about dust or dirty spray or float into the screen in daily life, therefore effectively prevent these phenomena happen. Make sure the LED screen is completely dust-proof.

The test shall comply with the requirements of 5.2.4 and shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of GB/T2423.
Process the LED screen test, without protection around the screen, fix the LED screen to the center of the test bench according to its actual ap
plying position.

After the test, check the test equipment and make sure there is no damage for the test instrument,the fastener does not loose or drop , and equipment works normally when power on.

High Temperature
3U LED screens are tested at high temperatures as follows:Place one LED screen in a test chamber with a room temperature of 80 °C;Turn on the power and light up the LED screen,And observe whether there is damage to the display screen, material deformation and other abnormal phenomena.
After the LED panel is tested, the LED panel is controlled by relay under this condition, and the test setting is 8 hours without interruption. No abnormal phenomena such as surface painting peel off,color fading, cracking and material deformation will occur after the high temperature test. After impact test, there shall not power leakage, no light or other electrical abnormal phenomena.

3U VIEW LED screens are tested at low temperatures as follows:Place an LED screen in a test chamber at-35.04 degrees Celsius. Turn on the power to light the LED screen and observe whether there is damage to the display screen, cold deformation of materials and other abnormal phenomena.
Power the LED screen by relay to process the impacting test, continue the test 8 hours without interruption. Observe and make sure no abnormal phenomena is allowed, such as surface painting peel off, color fading, material cracking or material deforming after low temperature. Make sure no power leakage, LED screen fails to power on, or any other abnormal issues.
