FBJ-B low energy consumption automatic carton computer control carton lunch forming machine

1. Belongs to automatic paper products molding equipment, speed fast, easy to operate, energy saving and environmental protection and so on. This model uses hot air generating device system,suitable for single PE coated paper, Kraft paper.

2. Automatic feeding, heating(with hot air generating device)hot molding (four comers of adhesive lunch box), automatic counting and collection, microcomputer control and other continuous processes, for the production of single-piece disposable paper lunch boxes, paper lunch boxes, cake cups, food package boxesand so on.

3. Through continuous processes such as automatic paper feeding, heating the edges and corners of the upper cover (with built-in hot air generation device), folding the upper cover (mechanical device), hot pressing forming (bonding the four corners of the lunch box), automatic counting collection, and full process microcomputer control, it is used to produce single cell disposable paper lunch boxes, paper lunch boxes, etc.

4. It has automated systems such as feeding monitoring, paper feeding monitoring, forming monitoring, and collection monitoring. If the machine malfunctions, it will stop and alarm.
