The metallurgical bonding between the hard alloy grinding and the base of the cutter ring ensures the welding strength. Its biggest characteristic is that the anti-collapse property is better than that of the hard alloy, and the possibility of falling off and cracking is less.

The knife ring and cemented carbide are joined by brazing. The metallurgical bonding of cemented carbide, filler metal and steel matrix is completed by dispersing the filler metal at high temperature. The service life of the knife ring is prolonged by using the wear resistance of the cemented carbide.

As the part where the hob breaks rock directly, its performance largely determines the use effect and service life of the hob. Only when the hob matches the geology perfectly, can we ensure that our cutter not only has good use effect, but also maximizes the driving mileage.
