TRIS(2-CHLOROPROPYL) PHOSPHATE (TCPP)
1. Description
TCPP Flame Retardant
Pure tris(2-chloropropyl) phosphate is a colourless or light yellow oily transparent liquid, soluble in general organic solution , insoluble in water and aliphatic hydrocarbon, stable hydrolysis, little decomposition in basic solution , nontoxic, no corrosion.
2. Application:
Because this product both has phosphorus and Chlorinity, having obvious flame retardant, so it has increase plastic , moisture-proof , anti-static effect, it mainly used in soft and hard polyurethane foam, ring chloride resin, polystyrene, cellulose acetate , ethyl cellulose trees and phenolics, polyvinyl acetate, and the gun foam sealant production. Especially make it use in rigid Polyurethane Foam, which has excellent thermal conductivity and hydrolysis stability. And in the ASTM84 (II), polyurethane foam and unsaturated compounds, and Bakelite resin
have viscosity at low temperature. usually with two antimony trioxide used in conjunction to improve the efficiency of fire-retardant.
