Polyurethane Binder for EPDM Recreational Flooring

1. Description

This outdoor running track system is two component, polyurethane based, eco-friendly paving material for all weather synthetic track surfacing applications.

The structure of PU system provides an excellent abrasion & heat & water resistance, and easy installation and maintenance.

2. Unique features:

2.1 Water-permeable Type Running Track

  • Abrasion resistance and slip reistance
  • Weather resistance & UV stability
  • Easy installation and low maintenance cost

2.2 Full-pour PU Type Running Track

  • Asphalt of concrete substrate
  • Mixture of two compoent PU and SBR rubber granules
  • Spray mixture of colored EPDM granules and pigment paste

2.3 Sandwich Type Running Track

  • Asphalt or concrete substrate
  • Elastic shock-absorbent, mixture of PU binder and SBR rubber granules
  • Elastic polyurethane, two component PU layer
  • Spray mixture of colored EPDM granules and pigment paste
