Type Product features
P1101 Water blown, ozone depletion is 0, green; excellent flow properties, good density, flow properties than ordinary pipe system well over 10% of the blowing agent; excellent physical properties of the foam, through the national resistance to creep; no situation brittle foam shrinkage, good adhesion and clip kepi.
P1201 Full water foaming, zero ozone depletion potential, and extremely low climate warning potential. Continuous production can be realized, the efficiency is high, the thickness of the foam layer and the outer protective tube can be adjusted according to needs, and the comprehensive cost is low; the polyurethane material is foamed in the axial direction, the fow distance is short, the foam distribution is uniform, and the pipeline performance is optimal.
P2101

Better flow properties of materials, widely used in various heat pipe insulation layer, for urban central heating and insulation to provide a variety of fluid transfer systems, articles by CJ/T 114-2000 standard test; foam has excellent insulation properties, good compressive strength and density distribution, and superior temperature performance and durability, resistance to aging, excellent creep.
P2201 The product can meet the continous production process, and has the characteristics of high efficency, low feed quantity, low cost, low thermal conductivity and uniform density distribution. The performance of the prepared pipeline is optimized. The super large diameter pipes can be realized by adjusting the thickness of foam layer and outer protection tube.
P3101 Zero ozone destruction potential and extremely low global warming potential. Fine foam, low thermal conductivity and excellent mechanical properties. Through the adjustment of catalyst and cyclopentane, the production of pipes with different diameters can be satisfied.

Products use iron drum packing, net weight 200kg; Tons of barrels packaging, net weight 1000kg.

The shelf life is 6 months from the produciton date.
