PE-175D Polyester Polyol Used in Solvent-Free Polyurethane Adhesives Coatings
1. Introduction
The product is a solvent-free adhesive polyester polyol, which is a modified oligomer polyol with hydroxyl seal, prepared by the condensation reaction of small molecular alcohol and small molecular acid.
2. Application
Low product viscosity, good room temperature fluidity, can meet the application requirements of all kinds of solvent-free polyurethane adhesives, coatings, inks and other products in the field of flexible packaging.
3. Characteristic
The product is usually a colorless, light yellow or brownish yellow transparent liquid at room temperature.
The material has low viscosity at room temperature, good fluidity, low moisture content, certain miscibility with polyether, and a high tolerance for production operation.
The polyurethane products made with it have the advantages of strong adhesion, high adhesion, hydrolysis resistance, and green environmental protection. The effective use of related products can meet the downstream specific application requirements such as high temperature and humidity resistance, acid and alkali medium resistance, and replacement of polyether polyols.
The molecular chain structure of the product is highly designable, the technical parameters have a wide range of control, and customized production is accepted by customers.
