Qingdao Liangta Steel Structure Co., Ltd. ,are manufacturing transmission line tower,telecommunication towers ,monopoles ,substation structures since 2009.

The electrical transmission towers meet ASTM Standards,GB/T standards and related standards .

Steel grades
Tower legs: Chinese standard Q345B, which equal to ASTM A572 Grade 50
Others members: Chinese Q235B, which equal to ASTM A36
Bolts: Chinese grade 6.8 and 8.8, which equal to ASTM A394

Dimension and tolerance for angle : GB/T1591-1994, Equal to EN 10056-1/2
Hot dip galvanization: GB/T 13912-2002, which similar to ASTM A 123

The welding :AWS D1.1 or CWB standard

If the thickness of the material not less than 5mm,The min average thickness of the galvanization of transmission

steel tower is more than 86um.

Type test and preshipment test is accepted .

If needed ,we even can supply an engineer for help installing the transmissions steel towers .

We have 5 auto production line for electric transmission angle steel towers Manufacturing,We can supply 3000 tons lattice steel tower

every month .Else we have enogh site for installing more production line if needed.

We also have plasma cutting machine ,14m bending machine and auto welding machines for pole towers .
