1. Production decription

we are professional manufacturer of lattice steel towers used in high voltage AC and DC systems .

Steel grades
Tower legs: Chinese standard Q345B, which equal to ASTM A572 Grade 50
Others members: Chinese Q235B, which equal to ASTM A36
Bolts: Chinese grade 6.8 and 8.8, which equal to ASTM A394

Dimension and tolerance for angle : GB/T1591-1994, Equal to EN 10056-1/2

Hot dip galvanization: GB/T 13912-2002, which similar to ASTM A 123

The welding :AWS D1.1 or CWB standard

If the thickness of the material not less than 5mm,The min average thickness of the galvanization of transmission

steel tower is more than 86um.

Product process:Raw material test-cutting-bending-welding-dimension verify-hole drilling-trial assembly-surface

clean-galvanization or painting-recleaning-packages

Type test and preshipment test is accepted .

If needed ,we even can supply an engineer for help installing the transmissions steel towers .
