8. Seal ring requirements .For example , brand ,seal material etc .
9. Tube and piston rod raw material requirements.
10. Piston rod surface treatment requirements, for example chromating film thickness ,
Surface hardness etc .

Front end hydraulic cylinder common problem:

1. Improper operation caused by the user cylinder or cylinder deformation (overturn, cylinder by external impact, the use of emergency brake unloading, etc.)

2, the cylinder bore internal fine particles produced after the arrest of the guide ring, causing chaos cylinder.

Third, the cylinder rod out of line or stuck

1, missing (welding) limit plate limit valve failure.

2. Limit valve internal failure caused by cylinder out of line.

3. To improve the trip, the user adjusts the limit valve stem without permission, causing the limit valve failure caused by dislocation of the cylinder rod or stuck.

4. Limit valve stem cannot return caused by fuel tank stuck.

Limit valve is to control the normal use of key components of the cylinder, once the failure, most likely to cause very serious consequences, can be summarized as: small parts, major faults. Please pay attention to the installation of parts inspection, and guide the user to use the proper maintenance.
