Description

Dump Trailer Telescoping Hydraulic Cylinder Multi Stage Single Acting Hydraulic RAM

Application:

a. TG multistage series of single-acting multistage telescopic sleeve hydraulic cylinder, with small size, large stroke, etc., can be used for heavy vehicles, agricultural vehicles and other vehicles tilting the bucket lift cylinder.

b. A typical application for a single-acting cylinder is a lift truck, where the load of the fork pushes the cylinder back.

c. The length of a hydraulic cylinder is the total of the stroke, the thickness of the piston, the thickness of bottom and head and the length of the connections.

Tips:

In order to tilt a dump truck to angles of 60° or more, telescopic cylinders with strokes approaching the total bed length are required.

About piston rod:

High strength damage resistant piston rod provides 100,000 PSI minimum yield material in 1" through 4 1/2" diameters. Larger diameters vary between 50,000 and 75,000 PSI minimum yield material. All rods are case hardened to 50-55 RC and hard chrome plated to provide maximum wear life. Stainless steel is also available. The hard chrome plated of the piston rod according to your requirement.

Piston Seals:
Low friction, high load piston seals with outboard wear bands are standard. Loaded lip seals and cast iron rings are optional.

Material:

Stainless steel is used in many of our designs to ensure corrosion, it does not end the life of the cylinder prematurely. Many stainless steel threads are coated with a proprietary substance to prevent thread galling to facilitate ease of assembly over the life of the cylinder, when periodic maintenance is required such as seal replacement.

Warranty:
We offer 12 months warranty.
