Description
Laboratory 150℃ 70℃ Battery Thermal Shock Test Chamber ,The thermal shock test is to determine the ability of the power battery to withstand rapid changes in ambient temperature. The thermal shock test is an accelerated test to simulate a large number of slow temperature cycles during use of the vehicle.
Thermal shock immersion test chamber ,quickly assess the failure degree of various materials, sealing rings and key components in the power battery, effectively avoiding accidents caused by the failure of the power battery due to rapid temperature changes during use.

The EV battery performs cold and heat shocks between the hot room and cold room.
Test Equipment
Laboratory 150℃ 70℃ Battery Thermal Shock Test Chamber
The temperature shock chamber structure mainly has 2 zone test euqipment and 3 zone test machine.
The main difference lies in whether the sample is moved or not.
2 zone thermal shock test chamber means that the sample follows the basket to move and switch between the two temperature machine, and withstand the impact of temperature stress on the sample.
3 zone thermal shock test chamber can keep the sample in place, and the sample chamber can be inflated through the cold storage chamber and the heat storage chamber to achieve the effect of the sample withstanding temperature shock.
