Climate UVA UVB Light Weathering Aging Test Chamber for Ultraviolet Radiation Exposure is a kind of environmenal testing chamber. The harm of the sun, rain and dew on materials can be simulated by using UV test chamber. UV chamber uses fluorescent ultraviolet (UV) lamps simulate the effect of sunlight, rain and dew moisture on the test material under a certain temperature. By setting the light and moisture cyclic program, with just a few days or weeks of testing, we can reproduce the hazard effect of outdoor environment for several months to several years on the product. Question 1. Explain what is the relationship between UVA and nm ?
● Answer: The wavelength range: 315~400nm, we named it’s UVA light.
Question 2. UVB lamps degrade material quicker than UVA lamps … correct ? Why ?
● Answer: The wavelength range: 280~315nm, we named it’s UVB light. Because it’s short wavelength, It maks the testing material with a faster degradation.
