IV,Product structure

1. Use of materials
a. The body of the test machine adopts a light gray impact resistant PVC board with a thickness of 5mm and a durable temperature of 85 °C. (Taiwan South Asia card). The edge is surrounded by a three-dimensional reinforcement thickness of 10mm and the structure is firm.

2. Spray system
a. Adopt the Bonute principle to absorb salt water and atomize it. The degree of atomization is uniform, and there is no obstruction of crystallization. This can ensure the standard of continuous testing.
b. Nozzles: Made of special glass nozzles, which can adjust the size of the spray and the angle of injection.
c. The spray volume is 1 to 2 ml/h adjustable(the ml/80 cm2 / H standard requires a 16-hour average test). Measurement tube adopts embedded installation, beautiful and neat appearance, easy to observe, reduce instrument installation space

3. Air supply system
a. The first section is a slight adjustment of 2Kg/cm2, and the imported air filter has a drainage function.
