Thermal Penetration Depth 7mm ± 0.5mm Wire Bending Glow Wire Test Equipment
Glow wire testing machine JD-3052
product description:
The glow wire tester heats the specified material (Ni80/Cr20) and the shape of the heating wire (Φ4mm nickel-chromium wire) to the test temperature (550°C to 960°C) for 1 minute, and then burns at a specified pressure (1.0N). The hot test sample is 30s, and the ignition risk of the finished electrical and electronic equipment is determined according to whether the test sample and the mat is light-off or the ignition time; the light-off property and the light-off temperature (GWIT) of the solid insulating material and other solid combustible materials are determined. Flammability and flammability index (GWFI). The glow wire tester is suitable for the research, production and quality inspection departments of lighting equipment, low-voltage electrical appliances, electrical instruments, and other electrical and electronic products and their components.
