This machine is suitable for testing the test method of constant deformation compression set characteristics of vulcanized rubber. In this test, the vulcanized rubber sample is compressed to a specified height, and the compression set rate of the sample is determined after a certain temperature and time, or after being infiltrated by the medium.

The compression ratio can be based on the hardness of the sample (Shaoer A type selection)

The compression ratio of 50 or less can be selected as 40%;

The hardness can be 30% at a compression ratio of 50 to 75;

A hardness of 75 or more can be used for a compression ratio of 20%.

The main function:

Take the standard test piece, sandwich it between the flat plates of the device, rotate it with a screw, compress it to a certain ratio, and put it into the oven at a certain temperature. After the specified time, take it out, remove the test piece, and cool it for 30 minutes. Its thickness is calculated by the formula.
