Main Features:

● iqualitrol HV-1000HY Micro vickers hardness tester, the test results are displayed on the LCD screen, the test scale, test force, indenter type, dwell time and the conversion unit can be displayed and set；

● The machine body is integral casting by high quality cast iron, with the automotive paint treatment process, the appearance is round and beautiful;

● The turbo-worm lifting system can greatly improve the test stability and accuracy, and there is no need to focus again after the test is completed;

● Convenient control system can automatically convert the unit of full hardness scale;

● CCD image processing system can be optional, the knoop indenter can be selected to measure the knoop hardness;

● Equipped with wireless blue-tooth printer, the data can be output through RS232 and USB interface port；

● Accuracy is in line with GB/T4340.2 ISO6507-2 and us ASTM E384.
