Brief Introduction:

Brinell hardness test is mainly used for hardness measurement of cast iron, steel, non-ferrous metals and soft alloys, etc. In addition, it can also be used for hardness measurement of some non-metallic materials such as hard plastics and bakelite. Suitable for factories, workshops, laboratories, universities and research institutions.

  • iqualitrol MHBS-3000ZD has 12 levels of test forces and 16 test scales for Brinell hardness, which can be selected arbitrarily;
  • iqualitrol MHBS-3000ZD equips 4pcs of ball indenters, all of them can automatically participate in the test;
  • iqualitrol MHBS-3000ZD equips 2 objective lenses (1x and 2x), and both can participate in the measurement of the indentation diameter;
  • According to the selected scale, the objective lens and the indenter are automatically switched;
  • Preset the test force holding time, adjust the strength of the indentation light source;
  • Real-time display of loading time;
  • Display the measured indentation length, hardness value, measurement times, etc.;
  • Select the conversion value between the hardness scales;
  • Test results can be printed out.

iqualitrol MHBS-3000ZD Automatic Brinell hardness tester, unique automatic turret structure system, user-defined measurement target matching cemented carbide indenter, test force, holding time and then start the test,

after the measurement is completed, no need to move the workpiece, automatic conversion, CMOS directly captures the indentation image, and uses the world's advanced digital imaging technology to automatically find the most suitable pixels for the indentation characteristics on the indentation image, high-speed analysis, and automatic reading.
