Brief Introduction:

iqualitrol PCHBST-3000M touch screen digital display Brinell hardness tester, only need to operate a touch tablet computer, easy to get the measurement!

All parameters required for the test can be directly selected, modified and analyzed on the computer.

The PC end is connected in series with the hardness tester through the communication protocol to control the mechanical movement part of the hardness tester, which can realize: automatic multi-function turret position, automatic identification of objective lens and indenter, automatic loading, dwell, unloading, and light brightness.

By linking with the built-in CCD measurement acquisition system, it can display clear indentation image dynamics on the PC in real time, and can also directly lock the indentation to automatically measure the hardness value, automatically save the test data, and generate a report.

The operation is very simple and fast, eliminating human measurement errors, with the tablet computer, more application functions can be expanded through the Internet, and devices such as external monitors and printers can also be connected.
